On the website of Historisch Centrum Overijssel (MijnStadMijnDorp) again an article has been published (in Dutch). This time it’s about Johanna (Jopie) Hoogendijk (1918-2002) and her sister Giela who both had to search for food during World War II. The story has been published earlier in the books “HOOGENDIJK. Wat hen zoal bezig hield” (Wierden, 2012) and “HOOGENDIJK. Invloedrijk Hollands geslacht” (Wierden, 2013)“.
